Cancellation Policy

At Boot Depot, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and fair.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

Cancellation Fee

  • Orders placed from our Main Warehouse A: No cancellation fee will apply.

  • Orders placed from any other warehouse: 15% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the cancellation is due to our error (incorrect stock availability, wrong product listing, etc.), no cancellation fee will be charged.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the cancellation has been confirmed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

How to Cancel an Order
