Return Policy
At Boot Depot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation) for all returns.
- The buyer will pay the return shipping, and depending on the reason for the return, could be reimbursed by Boot Depot.
Restocking Fee
- For returns that do not fall into the defective or damaged category, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- We’ll issue refunds to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reach your account.
Exchange Policy
- Didn't get the right fit? Boot Depot accepts exchanges on all unworn boots within 14 days of purchase.
Exclusions
- Used, damaged, or opened items that are not due to our error cannot be returned.
- Clearance, final sale, or special-order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
At Boot Depot, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and fair.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.
Cancellation Fee
Orders placed from our Main Warehouse A: No cancellation fee will apply.
Orders placed from any other warehouse: 15% cancellation fee will apply.
If the cancellation is due to our error (incorrect stock availability, wrong product listing, etc.), no cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the cancellation has been confirmed.
