DANNER SHIPPING NOTICE: All Danner footwear orders will be delivered within 10 to 14 days.
- Orders equal to, and over $100.00 CAD receive free ground shipping.
- Orders under $100.00 CAD receive a flat rate ground shipping of $15.00 CAD
- Orders equal to, and over $100.00 USD receive free ground shipping.
- Orders under $100.00 USD receive a flat rate ground shipping of $15.00 USD
Shipping Exceptions
Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by our shipping provider, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight, height or sizes may be subject to an additional freight charge.

- Offer valid in Canada Only. Province restrictions apply
- Does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
- All orders requiring more than one package may incur an additional shipping cost per package.

The Continental United States of American Shipping Details
- Rates provided by the best-priced American carrier.
- Offer valid in the Continental US Only (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories). State restrictions apply.

Disclaimer: Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO subject to increase shipping costs or cancellation. Boot Depot reserves the right to cancel any shipment and provide a full refund.
Returns
Important notice: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns on unworn footwear and accessories unless a replacement product has been ordered. Please ensure items are in original condition to avoid additional charges.
At Boot Depot, we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unworn footwear in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. (no exceptions)
- All soles must be 100% clean—no marks, mud, or dirt.
- Boot Depot is not responsible for return shipping charges. All packages must be shipped prepaid.
- If your purchase qualifies for free shipping and you wish to return it for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If it is for exchange, a new item will be sent out free of charge. Only one exchange with free shipping will be allowed per purchase. After that, extra shipping charges will apply.
- We must receive new, unworn footwear in its original packaging. Do not tape or write on the original packaging. Please wrap it or put it in another box for mail. Failure to do so will result in no refund and will be returned at your expense.
- Please include a copy of the original receipt delivered by email.
Your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we aim to issue refunds within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your parcel, as long as all requirements have been met. We value your time and strive to make the refund process as prompt as possible. Refunds can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.
